Participation is always voluntary. That said, we’re very good at making the invitation feel safe, clear, and constructive. If someone declines, we close the loop respectfully and document the outreach, no pressure, no escalation. Our data indicates over 90% of the time we achieve what we call dual party agreement. 

Most resolutions are completed in under 11 days. Some happen the same day.
