Since When Did We Have to Call Ourselves "Human"?

A funny thing has happened with the widespread adoption of AI, we now have to clarify interactions as "human."

At the end of a recent staff meeting here at levelheaded, it struck me how odd that is. We refer to ourselves as "human" ... as if we were ever anything else.

But AI has blurred the line in remarkable ways. It can mimic human interaction with stunning accuracy. Some appraocahes now rely on AI entirely to help parties resolve disputes.

Rest assured: here at levelheaded, the human element is the core of everything we do. It's that human connection that provides the magic. A real person, trained as a professional mediator, who actually listens and doesn't judge. Someone to help guide the conversation and get you what you need ... a resolution, so you can move on with your life.

The AI works in the background, helping parties reach that human mediator. It sets the stage and creates more opportunities for genuine connection. That's what we mean by "human-first" and "human at the core."

Levelheaded is always powered by our mediators. Accelerated by AI.
